Our client, a respected Assisted Living Facility in Florida, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Administrator to oversee daily operations and lead the facility with a strong focus on resident care, staff leadership, compliance, and operational excellence. This hands‑on leadership opportunity is for an individual passionate about creating a positive environment for residents and staff while ensuring the facility operates efficiently and in compliance with all state and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem‑solver, and team leader with experience in assisted living, senior care, or long‑term care operations.
