Overview

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer (2–4 years) to support and enhance trading execution systems used in live equities and futures trading.

This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and trading teams in a fast-paced collaborative environment, contributing to systems that support order execution, trading workflows, and real-time operational stability.

Requirements

Core Skills

1. Strong C++ development experience
2. Solid hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments
3. Experience troubleshooting production systems and debugging applications
4. Familiarity with multithreading, networking, APIs, or distributed systems concepts
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

1. Exposure to trading execution systems, market data, or financial systems
2. Experience supporting live production environments
3. Python or scripting experience for tooling/automation

Responsibilities

1. Support and improve C++ trading execution systems
2. Troubleshoot production issues and investigate system behavior
3. Work closely with senior developers, traders, and support teams
4. Assist with execution workflows, monitoring, and system reliability
5. Contribute to software enhancements across equities and futures trading platforms
