Base pay range

$72.00/hr - $72.00/hr

Position: Early Career Producers / Directors

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $72/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common requests within the producer or director domain.
• Apply early-career industry knowledge to support AI research and evaluation workflows.
• Translate practical workflows and decision-making processes into clear, well-structured documentation.
• Contribute feedback to improve task quality and relevance for AI system development.
• Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project expectations.

Requirements

• Early-career background with education and/or professional experience in production or directing.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity.
• Ability to articulate domain-specific workflows and problem-solving approaches.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
