In this role, you will engage with customers, promote our products, and create a positive brand experience. Responsibilities Engaging with shoppers to introduce and educate them about our products through sampling, demonstrations, and conversations. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing customer needs effectively. Maintaining product displays, ensuring signage is accurate and appealing, and managing inventory levels. Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team to improve brand presence. Adhering to store policies and safety guidelines to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and staff. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
